Boat Details
Description
The Sangermani yawl is a classic elegant fast yawl built and launched in 1964. Its hull was designed to optimize racing performance and was rated RORC.
After the complete restoration from 2015-2017 by the Patrone Shipyard, the boat is perfectly maintained and stored in a shed.
It features a valuable new teak deck built like the original with 6 m long and 30 mm thick teak planks, elegantly caulked with white rubber, a good supply of sails, and a completely overhauled 60 HP engine; these features make the boat suitable for participating in Vintage and Classic Boat gatherings and allow for safe and exciting cruises.
Interiors
1 watch berth, 1 owner's cabin with 2 single beds, 1 dinette with two opposing sofas, 2 liftable backs for another 2 sleeping places, 1 bathroom. Crew cabin with 1 sleeping place, toilet, and sink with external access. Max 8 sleeping places.
Descending into the cockpit, on the right side is the chart area with radio equipment and watch berth. In the lower part, there is a cabinet for the galley, with refrigerator, icebox, and cupboards.
In the central part of the compartment, there is a soundproofed cabinet in which the engine is located. Above it, against the transom, is the electrical panel.
On the left side is the L-shaped kitchen with sink, worktop, pull-out cutting board, retractable gas stove with lid, drawers, and storage.
Further forward towards the bow, separated by a widely opened arch partition, we find the delightful dinette with two opposing sofas, which are excellent and comfortable beds. The backs are hinged and, when raised, create another 2 sleeping places.
In the center, there is a large extendable and removable table.
Proceeding towards the bow on the left is the bathroom with electric toilet, sink, mirror, various cupboards, and shower. Two-door wardrobe opposite the bathroom entrance.
At the end of the corridor towards the bow is the owner's cabin with two separate single beds against the hull, a shared central nightstand with drawers and a door. Under the beds are various drawers.
At the extreme bow is the crew cabin with one sleeping place, toilet, and sink, which can only be accessed from an external hatch.
The boat is very bright and airy thanks to portholes and hatches.
Perfect for 5 people, it has up to 8 sleeping places.
