In 2022, NANSEN EXPLORER underwent a refit, including an interior rebuild from the ground up where all guest and common areas were completely reconstructed, hull bottom repaint, new sewage treatment system, and more.
NANSEN EXPLORER stands out with her commercially certified helipad, capable of handling up to 4.8 tons, the addition of a stern thruster, and a much-expanded lounge area. This spacious lounge now features a guest bar, larger windows, and high ceilings, offering a refined and comfortable atmosphere.
NANSEN EXPLORER accommodates up to 12 guests in seven double cabins, in addition to 17 crew cabins and one medic's cabin. Her Scandinavian-inspired living areas exude tranquillity and style, creating a luxurious space for relaxation between adventures.
