The Dynamic 37 is a sporty yet comfortable sailing yacht that will delight many sailors. With its good sail plan and ergonomic cockpit layout, it is very suitable for the sailor who enjoys trimming options that can be read back on the log.

The "Lutine" has been carefully maintained and is immediately ready to go on vacation this season. The cockpit has good seating, and all lines lead to the cockpit, thanks to the beautiful Andersen winches (6) and the traveler in the cockpit, making it excellent for single or double-handed sailing. The backstays are not necessary because the "Lutine" is a top-rigged ship compared to other Dynamic 37s. This makes the rigging less sensitive, and they are mainly used during longer legs; the current owner also refers to them as the "turbo" of the trim.

The interior is very tidy for its age; the floorboards were replaced a few years ago, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The quality of the yard is evident in the robust carpentry, and there is plenty of storage space.
