A very well-maintained motor yacht from 1997 that has always been kept covered in a boathouse. This sturdy and robust Oostvaarder 11.40 has a low air draft, making it ideal for inland waters, the French and German canals, and also for coastal trips.

Under the name Casanova, this yacht presents itself as a charming companion for both short trips and longer journeys. The name fits perfectly with the warm appearance of the mahogany interior and invites relaxing boat trips and cozy overnight stays on board.

In the fore cabin, there is the owner's cabin, and there is an additional cabin with a spacious single bed. The cozy dinette can easily be converted into an extra sleeping place, allowing for comfortable overnight stays with multiple guests. There is a toilet room with a pump toilet and a sink that can be cleverly tucked away, as well as a separate bathroom with a sink unit and shower.

The Oostvaarder has two steering positions: one in the cozy salon with a spacious L-shaped sofa and one in the well-sheltered open cockpit. The open cockpit is equipped with fixed benches, plenty of storage space, and teak covers. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a connection for deck washing. From the open cockpit, you can easily step onto the wide side decks.

The exterior is in excellent condition with a sturdy stainless steel railing, bollards with stainless steel strips to protect against fraying lines, and a painted handrail on the foredeck that offers both safety and a luxurious appearance.

The motor yacht is very stable and equipped with a bow and stern thruster, allowing you to maneuver easily into any berth. The Yanmar engine delivers 88 hp and is located in a very well-insulated engine room.

The boathouse in Terhorne can also be taken over if desired, allowing you to keep the boat in the same excellent condition.
