Hunter 45 CC sailboat from 1998 in perfect condition.

This sailboat is made for sailing and living in 5-star comfort.

It measures 13.80 m in length and 4.28 m in width. Its draft is

1.85 m. The engine is a Volvo TAMD 22 with 78 hp and 2322 hours, perfectly serviced annually. The annual tax is 326 E.

There is a tunnel bow thruster installed on board with its dedicated new battery.

There are 3 independent water tanks of 250 l each, and a 430 l diesel tank.

This boat has been meticulously maintained with invoices. The boat will be ready to

sail and be serviced for sale.
It is equipped with a huge aft cabin with a bed measuring 180*160, a bathtub (unseen in a boat of this size), two bathrooms with marine toilets,
a forward cabin with a large bed and a small bed. All mattresses have been replaced
recently. There are a total of 7 sleeping places on the boat. Each cabin has a television, and there is also one in the salon. There is also a hi-fi system for the entire boat with speakers throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, an electric oven, a gas stove, and a microwave that has just been replaced. There is a refrigerator and a freezer whose cooling system has been replaced. The installed system is redundant. There is a 220 v-12 v system for both, and a 12 v system for each, both new from 2021.

The boat is equipped with two air conditioning systems. The front one has been replaced, and the rear one has been serviced, its electronic board was changed in 2024 along with its control panel.

There is also a washer-dryer on board.

The engine is in perfect condition, the turbo and the exhaust elbow were replaced in 2021. The water pump is new from 2025. It is serviced every year.

The set of 7 batteries is from 2021. The solar panel system was completely replaced in 2024 with 4 ecoflow 100 w flexible panels installed on the bimini, and the solar regulator was replaced with a new model managed by Bluetooth.

The onboard electronics are original with a wind vane and a tridata. The autopilot was replaced in 2024.
Everything works perfectly. There is a recent Garmin 721 GPS. There are also two fixed VHF radios, one inside the boat and the other outside.

The safety equipment is up to date, the survival gear is from 2022 and will be serviced for sale. The dinghy present on the davits is a semi-rigid 3.20 in average condition. The dinghy's engine is from 2020.

The life jackets and safety lines are present;

The entire rigging is original and in perfect condition. Many sheets and ropes are replaced as needed.

The sails were completely serviced in 2024.

There is a complete new cockpit cover and the bimini is in perfect condition.

The anchor and the 70 meters of chain are less than 5 years old.

The entire upholstery of the boat is new inside and in very good condition outside

with two rear sunbathing areas.
