Description
The Sea Ray 215 Express Cruiser was one of Sea Ray’s most popular models, and for good reason. Sporty performance and confident handling are combined with a deep, spacious cockpit that is ideal for family cruising and fun on the water. Below decks, the cabin provides comfortable accommodation for two, complete with a separate heads compartment and wash basin.
This particular example comes well equipped, including a four-wheel braked trailer, electric anchor windlass, chart plotter, DSC VHF radio and full camper canopy. The manifolds and risers were replaced in 2025.
Powered by a fuel-injected 5.0-litre MerCruiser engine, the 215 Express Cruiser is capable of speeds approaching 40 knots—perfect for watersports and exhilarating days afloat—while remaining a comfortable and refined cruiser at a more relaxed 20–22 knot cruising speed.
For anyone seeking a versatile family sports cruiser with genuine overnight capability, the Sea Ray 215 Express Cruiser remains hard to beat.

Owner's Comments
“Bryter Layter” was purchased by me in 2019 as a move down from my larger Sea Ray 240 Sundancer. I specifically chose the 215EC because it offers far more practicality and comfort than a typical cuddy cabin, whilst still retaining the excellent handling and build quality that Sea Ray are renowned for.
The boat has exceptionally low engine hours, having spent approximately eight years ashore and unused before my ownership. The engine was in very good condition when I purchased her, and throughout my ownership I have been careful to maintain that standard. To that end, the manifolds and risers were replaced last year, and the boat has been professionally serviced throughout.
I also hold the complete title history and original paperwork from when the boat was first sold new.
She is only being offered for sale because, quite simply, I am not getting any younger and feel it is time for someone else to enjoy her.”
