From the Sagemar shipyard, excellent 38-foot Fly boat in perfect condition and ready to sail. Overall condition is excellent, maintenance performed with extreme care and attention even to the smallest details, by the sole owner, always attentive and meticulous. The Caterpillar engines, with 350 Hp each, with only 1130 hours of operation, are in excellent condition. All invoices related to maintenance work on all onboard systems and equipment are available.

The deck is in impeccable condition; the portholes require no maintenance. The anti-fouling has been applied every year. The batteries were replaced in 2024.

The interiors are in excellent condition and the upholstery shows normal wear of the velvet. There are two cabins, for a total of four berths, with the possibility of converting the dinette sofa which has two additional berths. There are two bathrooms, both with electric toilets; the owner's bathroom also has a shower box. The electronic instrumentation (Autopilot, Depth, Plotter) works perfectly.

The boat has never been chartered, has not suffered any accidents, and is equipped with safety equipment still valid except for the raft which needs to be serviced. The flag is Italian, the hull is in excellent condition, recently polished. Other options include a bow thruster and an anchor windlass with remote control at the helm.

The interiors, in addition to the two cabins, one with two single beds and one owner's double bed, offer a dinette, kitchenette with refrigerator and oven, and a heat pump air conditioning system. Additionally, the boat has a 3.5 kW generator and battery charger.

The boat has a hydraulic gangway, a bathing platform, a bathing ladder, a shower, cushions, and sunbathing areas at the bow and stern. The teak, in good condition, is present only on the stern part of the main cockpit and on the steps of the ladder to access the Fly bridge. The boat is equipped with: shore power cable, bimini, sunshade covers, side and stern closures, as well as a sunshade awning, a smoke splash guard, and a console cover on the Fly. Completing the extensive set of covers is the one for winter storage. Regarding the reserves, the boat has:

• 380L of water
• 1200L of fuel

Maintenance has always been carried out with care without neglecting or overlooking any detail, and even during June 2026, ordinary work on the hull was performed (see photos).
