2007 Lagoon 380 S2 | Rinascere

Rinascere is a 2007 Lagoon 380 Series 2 presenting an accessible entry into the cruising catamaran market and an outstanding opportunity to secure one of the most respected bluewater designs in her class.

Imported into New Zealand and stored ashore for the past nine years, she has recently completed a comprehensive recommissioning programme at Norsand Boat Yard in preparation for sale. While a small number of commissioning items remain, she presents well overall and offers compelling value in today’s market.

Moisture readings in the hull laminate below the waterline have been recorded at 0%, demonstrating the benefits of long-term dry storage. The topsides have been machine polished, fresh antifoul applied using Micron Extra 2, all side windows professionally removed and resealed, and one deck hatch replaced as part of the recent works.

Mechanically, the twin engines show approximately 400 hours and have been inspected and run as part of the yard process. Sailing systems have received thorough attention, including a full rig inspection, replacement of all running rigging and servicing of the winches, providing reassurance for her next owner.

On deck, a new canvas bimini enhances comfort and protection, and the helm seat has also been re-upholstered, adding to her presentation. Internally, the vessel has been professionally cleaned, creating a fresh and welcoming environment. Electrical systems, including the solar installation, are reported operational.

Rinascere is offered with a functional sail and sail bag showing signs of age and no tender is included. This has been reflected in her market positioning.
