Description
Luxurious and seaworthy bluewater cruiser built in France fully equipped for circumnavigation. A proven concept, the high standard of boatbuilding in the yard and the focus on safety, reliability and comfort make AMEL sailing yachts legendary boats for long distance sailing and you meet them in the most remote areas of the world. Solid and stiff construction with bulkheads laminated to hull and deck (partially watertight bulkheads) and laminated hull/deck joint. Well protected, deep center cockpit with fixed windscreen and sprayhood. Spacious owner's cabin aft over the entire beam of the ship and big engine room for easy maintenance access. With two double berths, two bunk berths and the skipper’s berth to starboard in the passageway to the aft cabin, the AMEL 54 offers a total of seven berths, while the practical interior provides excellent support in rough conditions.
The yacht on offer is AMEL 54 hull number #149, built in 2010. Well-maintained owner’s yacht from first ownership with continuous technical service. Extensive specification including diesel generator, watermaker, hydraulic gangway, electric SIMPSON davits including dinghy, diesel heating, two anchor windlasses with double mooring gear, etc. Electric furling systems for genoa, staysail and mainsail as well as electric winches for mainsheet and genoa sheets make for easy and safe handling of the yacht from the protected cockpit and even with a small crew. Very comprehensive navigation and communication equipment including two independent autopilots, radar, two chartplotters, VHF and SSB radio, thermal imaging camera, etc. The AMEL 54 is moored in Northern Italy on the Ligurian coast and can be viewed any time by appointment.
