I am selling this boat on behalf of its owner GROUP IPS, a Belgian industrial project management company that used this boat to take its employees sailing. I am the captain as well as the one who performs the maintenance.

It has been very well maintained.

In 2021, we restored it.

Dismasting, replacement of the sails with North Sail 3DI Nordac dyneema, installation of the staysail on a cable with a furler, cruising spinnaker on cable (G0), powder coating of the boom, replacement of the cockpit cover and bimini, exterior upholstery, major engine overhaul, desalinization, replacement of the wooden strips on the entire deck, interior lining....

This year we are replacing the interior upholstery, the mattresses in the aft and forward starboard cabins, the forward port is new from 2025, work in the kitchen and changing the fridge.

The boat is registered in Belgium, so the safety equipment is complete.

A complete inventory will soon be available, along with a file containing all expenses incurred on the boat since 2021, with invoices to support.
