The Beneteau Oceanis 38 is a versatile family cruiser that combines comfortable accommodation, manageable dimensions and simple handling. With her three-cabin layout, spacious cockpit and large opening bathing platform, “Rusalka” is equally suitable for private cruising or continued commercial operation.

Built in 2016, “Rusalka” has been professionally operated and maintained within the Ultra Sailing charter fleet in ACI Marina Pomer. She accommodates up to eight guests in three double cabins and a convertible saloon. The interior offers a bright central saloon, practical galley and two bathrooms according to the charter inventory.

The yacht is equipped with furling mainsail and furling genoa, both renewed in 2023. Twin steering wheels, a bow thruster and an opening swim platform make manoeuvring and access to the sea straightforward.

Purchase and Handover

“Rusalka” is currently operating within the charter fleet in ACI Marina Pomer. The yacht can be inspected during the season with prior notice and subject to her charter schedule.

The buyer may choose between two purchase scenarios:

End-of-season handover

The yacht can be reserved with a deposit and taken over after completion of the 2026 charter season. Before final acceptance, the buyer may appoint an independent marine surveyor to inspect the yacht’s structure, underwater section, engine and onboard equipment.

Continued Charter Management

The yacht may remain professionally managed and commercially operated. This allows the new owner to benefit from charter income while Angelina Yachting coordinates marketing, bookings, guest support and the yacht’s operational management.
