PODERE SAPAIO is a 2017 Dufour 460 Grand Large offered for sale by her original family owner. CONSTRUCTION & DIMENSIONS
Built by Dufour Yachts in 2017 to a design by Felci Yacht Design, the 460 Grand Large has a GRP hull, deck and superstructure, with teak laid to the cockpit and bathing platform. Twin steering positions provide good visibility under sail and when manoeuvring at close quarters, while the wide side decks allow safe movement around the yacht.

ACCOMMODATION
Dufour’s reputation for producing bright, practical cruising interiors is well illustrated aboard PODERE SAPAIO. Large hull windows, deck hatches and overhead glazing bring generous natural light into the accommodation, complemented by contemporary timber finishes and useful storage throughout.
The four-cabin arrangement provides comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests in four double cabins, with additional occasional berths available in the saloon. The saloon forms the centre of the interior, with generous seating arranged around the dining table for relaxed meals and entertaining aboard.
Two heads compartments serve the accommodation, while heating extends the yacht’s usefulness beyond the principal summer season.
GALLEY
The L-shaped galley is positioned to port within the saloon and is arranged for practical use at sea or in harbour, with generous worktop space and good storage.
Equipment includes a gas cooker with oven and hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, stainless steel sink and pressurised hot and cold water. The cockpit also incorporates an external sink and gas cooking facility, providing a particularly sociable arrangement when dining or entertaining on deck.
MACHINERY
Propulsion is provided by a Volvo Penta D2-75 75HP diesel engine driving through a Volvo Penta 150S saildrive to a three-bladed propeller. The engine has recorded approximately 3,500 hours and has been serviced annually throughout the yacht’s ownership.
The saildrive seal was renewed in 2025 as part of the ongoing preventative maintenance programme.
Diesel capacity is approximately 250 litres and fresh water capacity approximately 530 litres. A hot water system is fitted.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
The yacht is equipped with both 12V DC and 220V AC electrical systems, providing practical independent cruising capability together with shore-power connection when in marina.
Equipment includes shore power, battery charger, inverter, interior and navigation lighting, and 220V sockets throughout the accommodation. The batteries were professionally tested during the 2026 maintenance programme.
RIG
PODERE SAPAIO carries a fractional aluminium sloop rig arranged for straightforward cruising and manageable sail handling.
The aluminium mast and boom are supported by the original standing rigging, which has been regularly inspected and professionally maintained. Equipment includes a rigid vang, easy reefing system and roller furling headsail. The running rigging has been renewed during the current ownership.
SAILS
The cruising sail wardrobe comprises a fully battened mainsail and roller furling genoa.
Recent investment includes a new genoa fitted in 2024 and a new headsail furling system installed in 2025. The sprayhood and bimini canvas were renewed in 2023.
NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT
Raymarine navigation equipment provides the principal information required for coastal cruising and passage-making.
The installation includes a multifunction chartplotter, autopilot, wind instrument, speed and depth instrumentation, VHF radio and steering compass. Electronic cartography covering Italian waters is installed.
DECK EQUIPMENT
The generous cockpit reflects Dufour’s emphasis on combining comfortable outdoor living with practical sail handling. Twin helm stations provide good visibility, while the folding bathing platform creates easy access to the water and an inviting space when at anchor.
Deck equipment includes self-tailing winches, electric anchor windlass, anchor and chain, cockpit table, cockpit cushions, sprayhood, bimini, cockpit shower, bathing ladder, mooring warps and fenders. Wide side decks and well-positioned deck hardware support safe movement around the yacht under way.
DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT
Domestic equipment includes heating, hot water, pressurised water, refrigerator, microwave oven, radio and entertainment system, interior speakers and cockpit speakers.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Safety equipment is carried for the yacht’s certified operating capacity and includes navigation lights, radar reflector, bilge pumping arrangements, lifebuoys, jackstays and stainless steel guardrails.
