The Eelex 8000 offers a completely different feel compared to traditional petrol or diesel boats. Acceleration is immediate thanks to the electric drivetrain, reaching 20 knots in approximately 4 seconds.
Underway, the experience is exceptionally quiet — often the loudest sound is simply the water against the hull. This makes the boat particularly well suited for fjords, archipelagos, and coastal cruising where comfort and silence are highly valued.
Best efficiency is achieved around 20 knots cruising speed, while range decreases noticeably at higher speeds, as expected with electric propulsion.
