2002 British Hunter Pilot 27 with twin keels - one of the smallest true deck saloon sailing yachts - designed by David Thomas - ahead of it's time and still very much sort-after. Twin-fin bulbed bilge keels with transom hung rudder; tiller in cockpit and wheel in saloon.
This is a well presented factory-finished example of one of the later Hunter Pilot 27's to be produced - one previous owner from new.

Fore cabin – large V berth, storage shelves and wardrobe with two opening portholes and hatch.
Saloon – Offset to port a removable table with C-shaped seating in a modern abstract blue pattern, shelved storage underneath and behind the cushions. Opposite is the galley and internal helm and nav station with folding bench seat. The chart plotter at internal helm is visible from the cockpit.
Opening roof hatch. The forward facing saloon windows are equipped with a stainless steel windscreen wiper.
Curtains and internal windscreen covers. Insect mesh for opening windows.
Galley – to starboard with stainless steel two burner gas cooker with oven and grill. An inset stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water. A large insulated refridgerated coolbox is located under the end saloon table seat.
Heads - Separate heads compartment to starboard has a Jabsco marine toilet, hand-basin and shower area with electric shower bilge pump, hanging wet locker.
Aft cabin – Upholstered cushions forming a compact double berth to starboard with hanging space and access to fuel cut off, engine raw water and engine.
